Credits are based on material used (grams) plus machine time (minutes), weighted by machine type. FDM is the cheapest — a typical PLA print might cost 5-15 credits. CNC jobs cost more due to higher machine rates.
You can buy add-on credit packs anytime, or enable auto-overage to keep building without interruption. Overage costs about $0.20 per credit and bills at the end of the month. If neither is active, new job submissions pause until your next billing cycle.
Your base plan quota drains first. Then add-on packs — oldest first, FIFO. Only after both are exhausted does auto-overage kick in (and only if you've explicitly enabled it).
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage everything from your dashboard.
